What is the "Guaranteed rent scheme"?
The guaranteed rent scheme is where we manage your property, we find you tenants and will pay your rent every month, whether the tenant has paid or not! So you can rest easy with no stress about your rental income being paid.
What type of tenants do you house?
We house a range of tenants including families, students, working professionals and we also work with the local authorities. We have short and long term contracts from 3 months - 5 years.
What is included in property management services ?
We communicate with the tenant when necessary, Ensure all safety requirements (EPC, gas safety, etc) are always valid and we cover any small maintenance issues within the property.
